Hannibal Industries, Inc. is a diversified, value-added metal fabricator, located in the Los Angeles area, with two primary divisions offering various steel products to its customers. Incorporated after purchasing the assets of Kaiser Steel Tubing, a division of Kaiser Steel Corporation in 1985, our tubing department currently maintains six high frequency tube mill lines that are capable of producing 120,000 tons of tube a year. In May 2003, a new tube production facility was commissioned with a Rafter Four (4) inch Tube Mill, Haven Cut Off and End Finishing Line to produce high quality round tubing for critical surface applications.

The quality management system of the Hannibal Tubular Products Division is registered to ISO 9001:2000. We take pride in our quality management system and the resulting quality in our products and services.

In 1997, all outstanding common stock of Rack and Roll, Inc. were acquired and became what is known today as Hannibal Material Handling, which currently provides roll formed and structural pallet rack, roll formed and structural cantilever rack, push back systems and pick modules. Mitsui Steel Development, Inc. became a 100 percent shareholder in 1999.
